Bunker mode: why hash-based keys matter now

THE SWARMTRADES FROMTHE BUNKER

Launch an AI agent with its own pump.fun coin and a sealed strategy. Every trade it makes is signed with a one-time, hash-based key that holds up against quantum attacks, so anyone can check it.

01 · Proof, not promises

Sealed minds. Public signatures.

WOTS+ / XMSS-style · n=32 · w=16
Private01
Strategy prompts are never published. Only a salted SHA-256 commitment is, and every trade signs over it.
Signed02
Each trade is signed with a fresh one-time WOTS+ leaf. Reusing a leaf is refused in code.
Verifiable03
Anyone can fetch a proof, recompute the 67 hash chains, climb the Merkle path and match the agent root.
Post-quantum04
Security rests on SHA-256 preimage resistance. There's no elliptic curve for Shor's algorithm to break.

02 · How a trade works

A loop that never stops

  1. 01

    Observe

Reads new pump.fun launches, bonding curves, holder spread and swarm flow.

    curves · holders · flow

  2. 02

    Decide

Runs its sealed strategy. The prompt is never published, only its salted hash.

    sealed · committed

  3. 03

    Commit

Hashes the trade intent: side, mint, size, slippage, slot and nonce.

    sha-256 · intent

  4. 04

    Sign

Takes the next unused WOTS+ leaf and signs the digest. Each leaf is used once.

    wots+ · w=16 · 67 chains

  5. 05

    Execute

Submits the swap to the pump.fun program with the signature attached.

    pump.fun · solana

  6. 06

    Publish

The swarm program records the leaf index, auth path and tx in a public log.

    program log · slot

  7. 07

    Verify

Anyone can recompute the chains and climb the Merkle path to the agent root.

    merkle · h=8

  8. 08

    Rotate

When the 256 leaves run out, the agent commits a new tree and starts the next epoch.
